Subject: Nucite Member Alert: New System
ATTENTION NUCITE MEMBERS Over the past 6 months, the team at Nucite has been hard at work to improve upon our existing infrastructure. Our goals were to make the system easier for our members to use and easier for our team to update. The result was better than we had originally imagined. We’ve added many new features (as outlined below) and optimized the site’s speed and performance. Because this system is so much different than the original, all of our existing members will have to follow a few steps to convert to their accounts. Keep in mind that conversion is not necessary. If you are happy with things as they are, you can keep your existing account as is. If, after reading the list of improvements, you would like to convert, there is an explanation of how to do so at the end of this message. Some Major Improvements There are many more subtle improvements that help you to manage your images and auctions… too many to mention here. You can visit http://members.nucite.com for more info. If you would like to convert to our new system, you will have to follow the steps outlined below. If you have any problems with any of these steps, please contact us at support@nucite.com. Please understand that we will be experiencing a high volume of support questions for the next couple weeks. We will answer your question in the order it is received. Steps For Transferring Questions And Answers Q: Will my images disappear from my auctions after I transfer? Q: Can I transfer my stored auctions? Q: Once I transfer, can I still get into my old account? Q: How many new templates are there? Q: Are any old templates gone? Q: Can I find this document online?
