Subject: Nucite Member Alert: New System

ATTENTION NUCITE MEMBERS

Over the past 6 months, the team at Nucite has been hard at work to improve upon our existing infrastructure. Our goals were to make the system easier for our members to use and easier for our team to update. The result was better than we had originally imagined. We’ve added many new features (as outlined below) and optimized the site’s speed and performance.

Because this system is so much different than the original, all of our existing members will have to follow a few steps to convert to their accounts. Keep in mind that conversion is not necessary. If you are happy with things as they are, you can keep your existing account as is. If, after reading the list of improvements, you would like to convert, there is an explanation of how to do so at the end of this message.

2.) Upload images to separate folders.
3.) Watermark your images on upload.
4.) Manage multiple watermarks and add them to any image, anytime.
5.) Access any image folder, anytime from your side panel.
6.) Rotate your images after uploading them.
7.) New auction templates!
8.) All of your auctions are automatically saved and manageable.
9.) Preview your auction in multiple templates, quickly and easily.
10.) Improved template settings.
11.) Store your company logo and description for automatic inclusion in your templates.
12.) Cross-promote your eBay store from your auctions.
13.) Customized support that lets you view any question you’ve asked and the answer you received.
14.) More bandwidth!

If you would like to convert to our new system, you will have to follow the steps outlined below. If you have any problems with any of these steps, please contact us at support@nucite.com. Please understand that we will be experiencing a high volume of support questions for the next couple weeks. We will answer your question in the order it is received.

Steps For Transferring

1.) Log into your old account, click on the “My Account” link, scroll to the bottom, and click the button to cancel your current subscription. NOTE: This will not delete any of your images. You will have the opportunity to import your existing images into your new account.
2.) Visit http://members.nucite.com/genSignup.php and signup with our new system. NOTE: This will create an entirely new PayPal subscription.
3.) Visit http://members.nucite.com and login with your new Email/Password.
4.) If you want to import your existing images, click on the “Home” link in your new account. Scroll to the bottom of that page. You will find a section titled “Import Old Images”. Enter the email address and password that you used to log into your old account and click to import. This process can take some time if you had more than 500 images in your previous account. Please be patient during this process and do not click anything until you receive a message stating that the process is complete.

Questions And Answers

Q: Will I have to make a new payment when I sign up on the new system?
A: No. Our new system allows you two weeks free of charge. We do suggest, however, that you wait to cancel your existing subscription until you have less than 2 weeks remaining for your next scheduled payment.

Q: Will my images disappear from my auctions after I transfer?
A: No. Your images will remain in your old account (with their same URLs) for duration of 3 months. If you have any auctions that house those pictures, they will remain active for at least 3 months after your transfer.

Q: Can I transfer my stored auctions?
A: No. Our new system is so much more advanced, that it would not “recognize” the information in your existing saved auctions.

Q: Once I transfer, can I still get into my old account?
A: Yes. To access your old account, you must visit http://nucite.com/host to login. Your old account will stay active for at least 3 months after your transfer is complete.

Q: How many new templates are there?
A: As of the original creation of this message there are 3 new templates. We will be adding at least and additional 5 templates over the next 30 days. Beyond that point, we will be adding at least one new template each month.

Q: Are any old templates gone?
A: Yes. 5 of the existing templates are no longer with us. We eliminated these 5 templates due to the lack of use they received.
